Lighthouse [NAT]
OS (GIS) AIB, July 2008.
The location assigned to this record refers to the central building of the three that are indicated on the OS (GIS) AIB. It remains unclear which of the three is the lighthouse itself, the other two being presumably ancillary buildings.
This lighthouse is not described as such in any of the major reference works on Scottish lighthouses. It may be more correctly classified as a beacon or minor light.
Information from RCAHMS (RJCM), 24 July 2008.
